The Problem:

Their current process was tedious and unmanageable. The use of multiple applications resulted in confusion and poor time management. Information was extracted from an Excel database and then manually inputted into each letter, thus leaving room for potential errors.
The Solution:

An online form was set up to capture all relevant information. Fields with calculations are used to capture the cost of materials and trades including accurate mark ups and margins. Information captured on the form is then captured into a letter to be sent to the client.
