The Problem:

Due to application forms being submitted with incomplete information, the client had to allocate time and resources to contact the supplier regarding the information missing. Various internal approval requirements are dependent on the information received by the supplier. Here missing information resulted in applications getting misplaced, delayed or not actioned to the acceptance or rejection stages.
The Solution:

ERM set up an online application form with specified mandatory fields to be completed before it can be submitted to the client. This process will eliminate applications being received with incomplete data and therefore reducing the need to manage incomplete applications. Application forms are automatically forwarded to the appropriate person depending on the content in the key fields within the smart form. Automatic notifications are sent to the applicant on approval or rejection as per client requirements and all steps of the process are date stamped.
