Hospitality Case Study
The Problem:

Prior to ERM, the club had no system in place to determine which competencies and training were required of specific positions within the group, which resulted in a lack of RSA and RCG certificate expiration checks and expiration reminders.
The Solution:

The solution was to provide a central platform to enable the club to electronically track the training and competency requirements. The platform allows them to identify skills gaps, identify competency expiration and add on widgets that provide an overview of the skills expiring within their ERM user dashboard.
